The Computer Center will be transitioning the Facility Rental Services system starting July 17, 2025. The current system will be taken offline for data migration and will be replaced with a new platform.

- Impact:
The system will be unavailable during the transition period. Please submit any facility rental requests in advance if you plan to use campus spaces between July 17 and 21.

- Additional Notes:
1. This transition is in accordance with the resolution from the 3rd meeting of the 2025 Administrative Process Digital Transformation Task Force.
2. The new system is scheduled for internal testing on July 21, 2025, and is expected to be available by the end of the day. If unexpected delays occur, a separate announcement will be issued.
