1. The Moodle35 platform, which stores course data from courses offered in Spring 2023 and earlier, is scheduled to be decommissioned at 11:00 AM on December 31, 2025.

2. Faculty members who wish to retain course materials should log in to Moodle35 before the deadline and use the “Download Center” to download course materials (files will be packaged into a ZIP archive).

3. Faculty members who need to transfer course content from Moodle35 to Moodle45 should use the “Course Backup/Restore” function to generate a Moodle course backup file for cross-platform import. For assistance, please contact the Moodle Support Team.

4. On the Moodle45 platform, faculty members may use the “Import” function to reuse course content from Fall 2023 through all semesters of 2024 and 2025, and no cross-platform backup or restoration is required.

5. Students who wish to retain copies of their submitted assignments or reports should log in to each course and download their personal files individually before the deadline (students do not have access to the Download Center function).
