If you have forgotten the password for your alumni email account, please log in to the NCCU Alumni System (政大校友系統) and follow the steps below to reset your password:

1.Click “Alumni Profile Update” to confirm that your primary and backup email addresses are correct.
2.Click “Alumni Email Account Services” ,then select “Forgot Password – Retrieve Email Account Password.”
3.Once the password reset is completed, the system will send a notification to your primary and backup email addresses.

Please note:
The password for the Alumni System is different from the password for the alumni email account.
