Forgot Your NCCU Email Password / Unable to Log in to iNCCU

Please Reset Your Password (Choose One of the Three Methods Below)

1. In-Person Application

Students should bring their student ID card; faculty and staff should bring their staff ID or appointment letter.
Please visit the service counter on the 1st floor of the Computer Center or the Networking and Development Section on the 5th floor (service hours: 08:00–17:00) in person.
The password reset process will take approximately 1 to 3 business days starting from the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Application via Correspondence (For Those Unable to Apply in Person)

After contacting the teaching assistant of your department/unit, please provide the following information to the TA:

  • Your NCCU email account
  • One external email address

The teaching assistantshould include the above information in an email sent from their personal NCCU email account to help@nccu.edu.tw.

The request will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days starting from the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once completed, the new password will be sent to your external email address.
For inquiries, please contact extension 67157 on campus.

Important Notice:

The request must be sent from the teaching assistant’s personal NCCU email account to be considered valid.

Emails sent from official unit mailboxes or external email accounts will not be accepted.

3. Online Application

(Available only if your Google Workspace account has already been activated)

The password reset can usually be completed within a few minutes to several hours.

Notes:

  • After the reset, the password will be set to the default password for new students and newly appointed staff.
  • Please change your password immediately after resetting it to ensure account security.
